I am a friend of Grace and Monica. I wanted to tell you that your puzzle piece doll is awesome and Sunflower is a perfect name! I love your blog and had to scroll back to enjoy more! I love your crow dolls too! I am just getting ready to make some! I couldn't stand it when I saw the one Sammy made for OWOH, it was so cute! I just went to the copy shop yesterday and had the patterns enlarged! Don't know if I'll start right away, but soon. I have everything...but I'm beading my first doll right now and am also making some Dotee dolls for the comfort doll project! I'm certainly on the learning curve trying to bead on a stuffed doll versus beading flat! At first, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to do it, but after a little persisting and a few unmentionable words, it's beginning to flow! ~wink~ I'm sorry to hear you need surgery on your foot. I'll be thinking of you Friday! Look on the bright side...you'll have to put that foot up to heal and that will be the perfect excuse to bead or be creative!
I'll visit again soon.
