goop into hearts~

paper pulp hearts~
i sent the newspaper into the blender added some salt to keep the mold at bay and used a candy mold to make the hearts and let them dry over the heat register now to add some paint to them and see what happens some of the hearts are just raw paper mache ~the whiter ones are gesso'd and some have a little paper clay added~and yes that is barb'd wire~they are not ment to be cute hearts i hope to get to work on them soon

Never encountered the hole in the blog like you have. Really strange. Maybe it snowed there...lol

I LOVE your paper mache hearts.....even with barbed wire!Some of us know exactly HOW a heart feels when pierced with old and rusty barbed wire!
Can't wait to see what you do to them next..the heart shape is my fave for anything and everything.THanks for sharing these......

Oh...these hearts are so cool and the barbed wire was a great idea! I know when you put your magic to them...they will be awesome! ;-)
