today is my son jordans 28th birthday :Dwhile i am here in ct. and he lives in vermont
i miss him very much and feel a bit guilty not
being able to spend some time with him on his day
i had an ice cream cake sent to him-his all time favorite!
and i know he has a birthday weekend full of snowboarding
with the guys
on the majestic slopes of vermont
so heres to a wonderful birthday my beautiful boy
i hope its an 'epic day of shredding the pow"
lol-his vernacular :D

Happy birthday to your dear son! I know what it's like to be separated--my son is 23 and in Ottawa, Ontario, while I'm here in NS, and though we talk on the phone, send each other hilarious notes via Facebook, and email regularly, I miss him greatly. On the other hand, I'm proud of him and watching him grow into a fine young man. I know it's the same for you and your son. He's blessed to have a mum like you.
