morning lace

the artic air has reached ct~
and it is snowing this a.m.
only an inch or two
its what i call diamond snow
its dry and blowy and if the sun comes out later it will look like millions of little diamonds are on the ground
the sparkle of this type of snow is
my favorite
i hope to get out there sometime
today for a little bit
but a bad cold has kept me
in the house for days....

Hey Chica! Aren't you the early birdie??? Beautiful shots of the icy webbing. Have a great day! We got a "dusting" and I use the word lightly - i can still see the grass - but NO SCHOOL today! Unbelievable.

Hope you're hanging in there!
hugs,
Cindy

Oh, I see it is SO cold your way and I'm sorry to hear you have had a bad cold too!

Love the pictures and the description of diamond snow! You are so right...just like millions of sparkling little diamonds on the ground!

If that huge 'arctic blast' had more moisture in it...you would be getting dumped on...BIG TIME!!! ;-)

If you are going out for a few snaps...do it quick and get back in the house. Stay warm and take good care of yourself Tammy!

Hugs to you friend...~Lisa ;-)

wonderful... I find myself just staring at the patterns created on the windows in this frigid weather. It's so nice to watch if from INSIDE. Stay warm!
